Satya Chheda

I’m a clinically trained ICF-certified coach with over 15 years of professional experience helping people grow in their careers, lead with confidence, and navigate life transitions. My work has spanned tech startups, global organizations, higher education institutions, and nonprofits, including internal roles at Skadden, BetterUp, WeWork, Teal, On Deck, NYU, Pace University, Apicha Community Health Center, and South Asian Youth Action.

I create transformative containers and experiences through leadership programs, workshops, retreats, and facilitated coaching conversations that help people connect with their strengths, purpose, and values. I hold two coaching certifications: ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and CCE’s Board Certified Coach (BCC). I’m a certified in Hogan assessments and also administer MBTI, DiSC, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, and 360-degree feedback tools to support leadership and career growth. I earned an M.A. in Counseling from New York University and a B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

With roots in counseling and a deep commitment to self-discovery, I take a holistic approach to coaching and people development; one that honors both the personal and professional sides of growth. I’ve led global learning programs, advised founders and executives, built coaching programs from the ground up, and supported people through transitions of all kinds: career pivots, burnout, promotions, layoffs, leadership changes, and more. My goal is always the same: to create space for reflection, clarity, and grounded action.

I've lived in NYC for over 28 years raising my son who is now in college. I've navigated many life and career transitions that have shaped my approach to helping people step into their true authentic selves and bring their natural gifts to the world.
